How to request account deletion
If you want to delete your PG Management owner or staff account, email us from the address linked to your account:
Include in your email:
- Your registered username or email
- Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your user account (login username, email, phone, profile)
- Access to all PGs and data tied only to your login
If you are a PG owner, deletion may include hostels, tenants, payments, and other business records stored under your account unless you request otherwise. We will confirm with you before permanent deletion of business data.
What may be kept
We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention, or legal disputes) for the period required by applicable law, then delete them.
Android app
Uninstalling the PG Management app from your device does not delete your cloud account. You must send a deletion request using the steps above.
