PG Management provides software for paying guest (PG) owners and staff to manage properties, tenants, payments, expenses, and related operations. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use https://pgms.cloud and our Android app (package: cloud.pgms.app).

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, username, email, phone, password (hashed).
• PG and business data: properties, rooms, rent, payments, expenses, workers, reports.
• Tenant and guest data: contact details, addresses, ID documents, photos, emergency contacts.
• Admission forms: information submitted via QR admission links.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, logs for security and operations.

3. How we use information

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, manage PG operations, send service emails (e.g. password reset), protect against abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS in transit. Reasonable measures are used to protect data; no method is 100% secure.

5. Data retention and deletion
